Jessica Otis, LCSW
she/her
Co-Owner/Psychotherapist
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping individuals overcome the challenges of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety. I see my role as a collaborator and guide, helping you create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
OCD can feel overwhelming, affecting both your emotional and physical state—but I know, both personally and professionally, that change is possible. If you’re struggling to see that right now, I will carry that hope for you until you’re ready to hold it yourself.
Anxiety serves a biological function, but it does not have to control your life. My goal is to help you break free from its weight so you can reclaim your peace and confidence.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology from Utah Valley University, followed by a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. I am a member of the National Associate of Social Workers (NASW). With over twelve years of experience in therapy, I feel incredibly fortunate to help adults manage OCD and anxiety, guiding them toward a life of greater freedom and balance.
Let’s work together to take that next step toward healing!

Jennifer Jones, SUDC, LCSW
she/her
Co-Owner/Psychotherapist
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical experience working with a wide array of populations and special issues. I am constantly in awe of the courage and bravery of human nature.
In addition to my broader clinical experience, I have a deep passion for working with individuals who struggle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). As someone with a personal connection to OCD, I understand firsthand how disruptive and isolating it can be. This personal connection makes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) not just a professional specialty but a deeply meaningful approach in my work. I know the courage it takes to face OCD head-on, and I find it incredibly rewarding to help clients regain control over their lives by learning to manage their symptoms. Witnessing people move from feeling trapped by their compulsions to reclaiming their confidence and freedom is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my practice.
My education includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology from the University of Utah. During my undergraduate studies, I also obtained a certificate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling, which later allowed me to become licensed in the substance use treatment field. I then earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah, with a focus on Mental Health.
I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapists Guild of Utah, WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health), and the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
It is my honor to consider all cultures, backgrounds, and identities in my work, recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique. Most of all, I feel excited to work with people who are ready for real change—who are willing to step into the discomfort of growth to build a life that feels more fulfilling, meaningful, and authentic. Healing takes courage, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
