Our Comprehensive OCD Treatment Program
Our specialized OCD program is designed to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care through a structured and supportive approach. We incorporate Unified Protocol (UP) alongside Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help individuals build emotional resilience, manage intrusive thoughts, and break free from compulsive behaviors. Whether you're looking for individual therapy, structured clinical groups, or supportive peer connections, we offer a range of services to meet your needs.
Program Components
24 Individual Therapy Sessions
One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist specializing in ERP and Unified Protocol. These evidence-based approaches help individuals gain control over obsessive thoughts and compulsions by addressing emotional avoidance, cognitive flexibility, and distress tolerance. Therapy is personalized to your specific needs, ensuring you feel supported at every step. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs and provide a safe space to explore your symptoms, develop coping strategies, and track your progress.
60 Clinical Group Sessions
Our structured therapy groups provide a guided space to practice ERP techniques while integrating skills from Unified Protocol to help regulate emotions and strengthen resilience. Led by an experienced clinician, these groups focus on:
- Learning how to manage intrusive thoughts and compulsions
- Practicing ERP strategies in a supportive setting
- Strengthening emotional regulation skills from Unified Protocol
- Gaining confidence in embracing life more fully
12 Support Group Sessions
In addition to clinical treatment, we offer peer-led support groups where individuals with OCD can connect, share experiences, and offer encouragement. These groups help foster a sense of community, understanding, and empowerment, providing ongoing motivation for recovery.
Why Choose Our Program?
Evidence-Based Treatment: We utilize ERP and Unified Protocol, both backed by research in treating OCD and emotional well-being.
A Supportive Community: You’ll be surrounded by peers and professionals who understand your struggles.
A Personalized Approach: Whether you prefer individual sessions, structured group work, or peer support, we offer options to fit your needs.
Expert Clinicians: Our therapists are highly trained in OCD treatment and specialize in working with individuals who experience intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and anxiety.
A Step-Down Approach: Our program is designed to provide structured support at the beginning, followed by a gradual transition to greater independence and long-term maintenance.
Long-Term Support: Recovery is a journey, and we offer continued care to help maintain progress and prevent relapse. After graduating the program, we are still available for maintenance sessions and short-term tune ups.
A Safe and Non-Judgmental Space: We recognize that OCD can present in many forms, including distressing or taboo thoughts, and we provide compassionate, stigma-free care.

You don’t have to manage OCD alone. Our program provides the tools, support, and structure you need to break free from the cycle of obsessions and compulsions. Contact us today to learn more and start your journey toward recovery.
Hesitant About Groups?
We get it. Many individuals hesitate to join a group, fearing judgment, embarrassment, or the belief that their struggles are too personal to share. However, research consistently shows that group therapy is one of the most effective and empowering components of OCD treatment—and we encourage you to consider its incredible benefits.
Studies have shown that Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in a group setting is just as effective as individual therapy in reducing OCD symptoms. One study found that individuals participating in ERP-based group therapy saw significant symptom reduction, and those who engaged in group support were more likely to maintain long-term progress and prevent relapse. It’s natural to feel hesitant about group therapy, but avoiding it only reinforces avoidance—one of the very patterns OCD thrives on. The truth is, group therapy is a powerful, research-backed tool that can help you gain control over your OCD, connect with others, and build lasting resilience.
We strongly encourage you to take this step toward healing. You are not alone, and you don’t have to fight OCD by yourself.
